Silkscreening
Silkscreening is a process whereby the design is printed using textile ink applied through screens directly onto the wearable. Printing is available on t-shirts, golf shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, aprons, bags, shorts, bandanas, caps, etc.Types of Silkscreening
- Spot Color Printing (most common)
Minimum order 12 pieces. Printing is available on any color wearable. Printing of up to 6 standard or custom ink colors. Flash curing is standard on all dark shirts. This process keeps the dark color of the shirt from showing through the ink. Pricing is based on the number of print locations, the number of ink colors printed and the color and quantity of the wearable ordered. - Process Printing (photo realistic effect using 6 - 8 inks)
Minimum order 36 pieces. Printing is available only on WHITE t-shirts or sweatshirts. Images are printed with process inks and spot color inks accomplishing a multi-colored, photo realistic effect. Pricing is based on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. - Art/Design Information for Silkscreening
